Saison, one of Australia's best known online retailers and distributors of luxury fragrance, bath and body, and lifestyle brands, celebrated its 10th birthday in 2014.
This iconic company has experienced impressive growth so it was time for a complete site refresh and upgrade. The site Wolf Interactive had previously built was ideal at the time, but with business growth and changing consumer demands and behaviours, the site needed to go to the next level.
Wolf created a bright, fresh new look in line with the luxurious nature of their products, made the site completely responsive, implemented customised new systems, smart functionality and robust software.
Wolf collaborated with a third party that was installing the Unleashed inventory software, ensuring that it integrated successfully with the Magento ecommerce setup. Wolf also strategized both consumer and trade member databases. These enable tailored experiences for each audience via the website.
Wolf also integrated the site closely with the MailChimp email system, enabling targeted remarketing.
