Since 1919 Leonard Joel has provided auction management services. It is the largest auction market for art, objects, antiques, jewellery, collectables, design and furniture in the country.

They wanted to provide an online service that aligned with the physical auction house, as well as allowing customers access to news and catalogues. They wanted to build a loyal membership and enable online bidding. Systems integration was essential.


Wolf used a clean, simple and professional design to create a living auction environment. Integrating with a third party, the site enables online bids that tie in with Leonard Joel’s internal systems. Wolf coordinated the process to ensure a cohesive and seamless user experience.

The site has a Featured Auction panel, news and events sections, and an Auction Calendar listing upcoming dates. The site encourages membership subscriptions, and the Wolf e-News Builder enables email communications and subsequent analytics.
