KeepCup's reusable coffee cups are beautiful, highly functional, fully customisable, and designed to reduce the environmental impact of disposable cups. This Melbourne company has become an iconic brand in a city with a thriving coffee culture.

KeepCup came to Wolf in 2010 with two aims – to give users an interactive online experience and to enable broader marketing activities. Wolf decided there could be some crossover in these aims and decided to partner solid infrastructure with interactive fun.



Solution

As KeepCup wanted to give customers a more interactive experience, Wolf created the extremely popular ‘Design my KeepCup’ feature, animating 3D renders of the KeepCup and inviting customers select custom colours for each component of the cup.

Sales are supported by a fully integrated online payment process. Wolf provided a central database used by both the main website and KeepCup’s internal CRM and provided a promotional codes system for marketing campaigns.
