Late in 2010, the Victorian Government Department of Education & Early Childhood Development (DEECD) ran a trial in Victorian schools testing the feasibility of using iPads. To showcase the project, the DEECD wanted a public website that fully leveraged the iPad's touch screen. Wolf was approached to build this site.
At that time, most sites weren’t built responsively – they were just a generic version of their desktop site. Wolf observed various iPad app layouts and interactions, explored smart ways of using the screen space and our graphic designers created a site that showcases DEECD’s findings in a smart, iPad-optimised way.
"Your work ethic, approachability, flexibility in accommodating design changes and professionalism have driven this project and made you all a pleasure to work with."
– Pat McGarry, Senior Project Officer, Department of Education & Early Childhood Development.
