Stuart Gonsal founded Wolf in 2014. He presents extensively to industry groups and is on the Advisory Committee for Swinburne University’s Masters of Commerce (International Business).

On Tuesday 1st of September, Melbourne Digital Agency Wolf Interactive launched a new website for Australian fashion label Elk Accessories. The e-commerce website is fully responsive, with new features including geo-specific content, an interactive lookbook, an enhanced shopping experience and modern navigation tools.

Geolocation specific content settings allow site visitors in Australia and the US, to view products relative to their location. This multisite construct will be further developed in the future.

An Interactive lookbook lets site visitors shop the key looks from the current women’s and men’s collections and the previous winter collection.

The online shopping experience has been enhanced, through a full redesign with key user experience and user interface principles central to the development.

Modern navigation tools such as the dynamic menu are simple, intuitive and consistent across the site. According to the Wolf teach team, usability of the menu was a key consideration in the development phase.

Elk Accessories is long standing client of Wolf Interactive Director Stuart Gonsal’s, having been with him for eight plus years.

Stuart is confident about the new site saying, “This new site has a beautiful, understated design that lets the products be the hero.”

“The site is already producing great results since its launch an enormous 59% of visitors were new visitors.”

“42.5% of total sessions over the month of September were on mobile devices, the best we’ve seen yet for Elk on mobile, testament to the responsive designs success.”

The launch of the website coincided with the release of Elk’s Summer 15/16 collection ‘Unearth’.
